We reserve the right to stop any warranty procedure for any reason but not limited to, Malice, intentional damage or aggravation of customer service.
We will only Warranty accessories if they were used in Panzer Arms Firearms, Accessories I.E. (Magazine Extensions, Drum Magazines, or any internal parts or add on) and can be proven that they were not damaged from Misuse.
You must retain and present your Original Retail Proof of coverage to start any warranty claim.
(Additional proof of ownership may be required when requested).
The Importer/Manufacturer/’Authorized Repair Facility’ has the right to physically inspect and test any firearm, part and/or accessory to access any claim for the purpose of warranty coverage.
- We will give 100% refunds on any accessories bought through the NicksSportingGoods Store So long as when we inspect it there is no Damage to the item or box. Cusotmer has to pay for Return shipping on any product bought and wanting to return.
- If there happens to be an issue that falls outside of warranty coverage, Neglect, or misuse, return shipping and parts/labor will be offered at a reasonable cost.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
The warranty does not cover cosmetic defects.
The warranty is void if there has been any alteration, repair or diagnosis from or by an unauthorized facility.
